Burgan Bank recently organized the “Empower Her” seminar, reinforcing its commitment to elevating women’s roles in leadership across various sectors. The prestigious event took place at the Four Seasons Hotel under the auspices and sponsorship of Sheikha Dana Naser Sabah Al Ahmad Al Sabah Al-Group Chief Executive Officer of Kuwait Projects Company (Holding) – KIPCO
Approximately 200 attendees, including influential figures from the Kuwaiti banking industry and other fields, gathered to exchange insights and experiences, fostering a network of strong female leaders.
The seminar featured an impressive lineup of keynote speakers, including Dr. Amani Bouresli former Minister of Commerce and Planning and Development Affairs, and currently an Independent, Non-Executive Board Member at Burgan Bank. Joining her were Dr. Louise Lambert a distinguished advisor, professor, and researcher in Middle Eastern studies and Positive Psychology, and Laurence Harvey , a noted diversity champion, inclusion advocate, and expert on unconscious bias.

Dr.Suad Al-Faqaan, an Olympic Champion and Professor of Science and Biology at Kuwait University.
