Additionally, Dr. Ghaneya is the General Manager at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/droob\/\">droob \u062f\u0631\u0648\u0628<\/a> a consultancy firm specializing in financial and social-housing advisory services in the GCC region.<br><br>With over twenty years of experience in executive-level positions within the banking industry, Dr. Ghaneya&#8217;s previous role was as the Assistant General Manager\u2013Head of Commercial Banking at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/nationalbankofbahrain\/\">National Bank of Bahrain<\/a> During her tenure at the bank, she effectively fulfilled various senior positions, acquiring comprehensive expertise and knowledge in corporate finance and various core banking areas.<br><br>Dr. Ghaneya&#8217;s educational background includes a doctoral degree from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/durham-university\/\">Durham University<\/a> in the United Kingdom, where she received the prestigious Best Thesis Award.
