RandaSadik assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer at Arab Bank in February 2022, having previously held the position of Deputy CEO since 2010.
Prior to joining Arab Bank, Ms. Sadik had a long career at National Bank of Kuwait, where she held various leadership roles over 24 years, culminating in her appointment as General Manager of the International Banking Group inLondon andKuwait.
In addition to her role as CEO of Arab Bank , Ms. Sadik holds several other prominent positions within the Arab Bank Group, including serving as a Board Member for Oman Arab Bank ,National Bank in Saudi Arabia, and as Chairman of Arab Tunisian Bank ATB, Tunisia and Al Arabia for Finance SAL (Holding Company) in Lebanon.
Furthermore, Ms. Sadik serves on the boards of several other organizations, such as Jordan Capital and Investment Fund Company, where she is theChairman, as well as being a Board Member for the Jordan Capital and Investment Fund Management Company, Jordan Payments and Clearing Company, the Association of Banks in Jordan, and the Al Hussein Fund for Excellence.
Ms. Sadik has been recognized by Forbes Middle East magazine amongst 100 most powerful businesses women in 2024 and honored by
Arab Banks Federation as Arab Banking Personality of the Year 2024.
